Beautiful You never searches or scrapes a patient’s social-media accounts to qualify her as a lead or assess her spending potential. We never assign lead-quality star ratings.

We do not buy or append personal profiles to assess a patient’s spending potential. Your clinic’s conversation is based on what the patient chooses to share, the consultation itself, and your clinical judgment.

This commitment is separate from the information a patient consents to provide for her consultation and the optional records described below.

Her beauty is personal.

Beautiful You never assigns a beauty score, grades a patient’s appearance, or ranks her face against an attractiveness standard.

We do not use an appearance rating to suggest that a patient needs treatment. The choice of whether to proceed belongs to the patient, with guidance from her clinician.

Processing on the device

Processing happens on the device in the room. Face measurement, the 3D turn and the makeover render run in the browser on the consult-room screen or the patient's own device. The scan is handed from the iPhone to the screen through the clinic's server under a one-time code, erased the moment it is collected or after ten minutes, and never measured on the server.

Consent comes first

Consent comes first, as click boxes, before anything is processed. Required: "Your photo is processed on this device. Scan and measure my face in this browser." Optional: send the front photo to the aging service (deleted there within an hour). Optional: keep a record of the consultation (name, email, age, choices, plan, clinician's review) in the clinic's account. Declining the required consent deletes the scan immediately.

Photographs and private links

No photographs are kept in the consultation record. When a patient chooses an emailed result, her captures are stored only to build her private link, for the clinic's retention period (14 days by default, 1 to 90), then deleted on a schedule. The link is unguessable and expires.

Clinician review

Every plan is reviewed and signed by a clinician on screen, item by item: Accept, Adjust or Not for now, with a reason.

An illustration, at every step

Every screen from the aging illustration onward carries a disclosure: illustrative preview only, not medical advice, a clinician decides suitability.

Your clinic’s clinical tone

The clinic controls the clinical tone. Which treatments, which strengths, how the aging illustration is pitched (modest, standard, vivid), its own prices and wording.

The consent wording.

Required:

“Your photo is processed on this device. Scan and measure my face in this browser.”

Optional: send the front photo to the aging service (deleted there within an hour).

Optional: keep a record of the consultation (name, email, age, choices, plan, clinician’s review) in the clinic’s account.

A defined lifetime.

Your demo request.

When you request a free demo, we collect the contact and clinic details you enter. We use them to arrange your demo and respond to your questions. Your request is stored in our clinic operations system and an email notification is sent to our team. Please do not include patient information.
